Chiropractic Care for Kids Results are In
In March 2019, the Victorian Health Minister tasked Safer Care Victoria (SCV) to lead an independent review of the practice of spinal manipulation on children under 12 years. SCV wished to hear from parents of children who have accessed chiropractic care, exploring their experiences, both positive and negative.
99.7% of 21,750 public responses reported a positive experience with chiropractic care of their children.
98% of 21,474 public responses indicated that their child improved after treatment.
These are the findings from the Council of Australian Governments Health Council review to consider if public safety was at risk in relation to spinal manipulation on children.
